Fall Fun

Last weekend we attended one of Nick's cousin's weddings. It was going to be a date night for Nick and I then we decided that Mikayla is finally at that age where she will dance and have fun, and if not, it's not the end of the world we would just come home! Oh how having children changes your life, for the better! Keeps us out of trouble sometimes! So Mikayla,Emma and Alex ripped up the dance floor saturday night at the wedding dance. It was a good time.
This week was yard work. Time to rake the leaves up and jump into them! Nick mowed for probably the last time?! He said he was done for the year with the yardwork!, and in six months from now we will be itching to get outside to be in the yard!
Also this week is crunch time for the haunted house. Nick and Nate and a few others have been putting alot of hours in working on it. It looks awsome. I will be going to help out with the makeup, and possibly stand in to scare. Should be a good time. Enjoy the photos!

Bucket Head!

Mikayla got into the markers in this photo, she figured since they were washable that she could just do body art, and mommy would wash it off!
Yesterday Mikayla drew on the walls for the first time with a pen, and pencil! After her timeout I had her make an effort to scrub the wall with a magic eraser. Who ever thought of those things is a genius! Highly recommend them, they will remove dirt/grime off of anything!
