A Busy Weekend in "Madtown!"

Friday afternoon we all headed to Madison for a family wedding on saturday. Nick was an usher in the wedding so we attended the rehearsal/dinner also. The men were in their glory to be able to cook their own steak and drink a beer at the same time. Prime Quarter Steakhouse, highly recommended!!

Sunday we attended the breakfast with the bride and groom, then headed to the zoo with the whole entire family. It was an awsome day weather wise. I even got a little color from the sun! The kids all enjoyed themselves on the train ride and on the carousel. The 4 little monkeys are: Hailie,Alex,Emma,and Mikyala.

This bear was very interesting to watch. He was swimming in a pool of water when we first saw him, then he lunged out and shook himself of. The amount of water that came off that bear was amazing. He then went into his cave, and a few minuites later he came out and stood up and itched his back on the rocks. It was pretty cool to watch. Usually they are just pacing around or sleeping!

After the zoo adventures we went shopping at the mall and ate lunch/supper. On our way out Mikayla had to ride the school bus!

We were all glad to be back home, and in our jammies, it was a busy weekend!
