Fishing, Fourth, and Fun

Sorry these pics are not in order I was having a hard time finding all of them on the computer. It's been awhile since I have updated, we have been a busy crew!
I still like to help mommy with the chores!

Wednesday we took a trip to Grammy's to give her a new washer and dryer. We stopped for shakes at Dairy Queen on the way home...yummy!



I love the fishing pole that Grammy got me. I fish right in the pond in our back yard.

Freshly painted fingers and toes! Seems as though I can only put red on them, that's her favorite polish.

Wednesday this week it was mommy and me day. We went shopping for groceries then to the "Curious Cup" for lunch. We had sandwiches and a strawberry smoothie. When we were all done we shopped for a few new books.

Saturday we took our first trip out on the river with Mikayla. She loved it. In fact we were out there for six hours and she enjoyed every bit of it. Here she is sport'n her shades! Guess they fit better upsidedown!

She's growing up!

Thursday we went to Fort Fun for a playdate with Mia and Amy. The girls had fun playing together. For lunch we went to Pizza Hut for lunch buffet and pigged out!

Saturday we celebrated with Nick's side of the family for Alex's 2nd birthday. We had cake, wiffle ball, and fireworks. The kids enjoyed playing on the new swingset.




Big girl swing! She outgrew her other swing so we treated Mikayla to a new "Donkey swing" as she calls it. She says we got the swing at "Save big money at Menards!"
