It's been a bit crazy around our house the last week. Mikayla and I were lucky enough to get sick with the ear nose and throat bug. Saturday morning I woke up I had lost my voice....I'm on the 5th day as we speak....No pun intended! So needless to say the Packer Viking game was pretty quiet on Monday night! After a week I was going crazy just being at home so we ventured out to the grocery store. I was exhausted when I got home from running into people I knew and talking to the cashiers. I guess our voice is one of those things I take for granted, didn't realize how much we talk in just our everyday lives. Let me tell you going to work this week has been a real treat! Ever met a hairdresser that doesn't talk?!!LOL

Since I can't talk this week, it seems as though Mikayla is doing all the extra talking.........nonstop. I try my hardest not to talk, then she asks the question or repeats the sentence that many more times until I answer!! Of course Nick has enjoyed making fun of me all week, telling me I sound like the Electric Grandmother. He better hope this isn't contagious!!
