A Boo-tiful day!

The house is decorated for Halloween, and our pumpkin didn't quite make it...we had to throw it away today. Mikayla said "It's full of rain water Mommy", and it was. It went SPLASH! into the garbage! So we will have to go pumpkin shopping again tomorrow!!

It was a absolutely beautiful fall day today. Mikayla had school, then we went to the library to read some Halloween books, and collected leaves along the way. Hammann's Variety store had their auction today...very sad for the citizens of PDC. I miss that store already! When we got home we took advantage of the weather and played outdoors until nap time.

No more sand...just leaves!!

Peek a Boo!!

Before nap we came in the house to warm up with a cup of hot cocoa and sit by the fireplace. I love days like this were we can be outside most of the day...kids sleep soooo good with fresh air!!
