Tis the Season to be Jolly!

Last week we started to decorate for Christmas at our house. We love Christmas time so we decorate quite a bit. Two trees, garland, stockings and of course lights outside. Not quite like Nationl Lampoons Christmas, but Nick enjoys puting up a couple hundred lights! Mikayla enjoyed decorating the trees. She had Christmas balls, easter decorations, and packer ornaments on them. We just went with the flow, and when she went to bed, I took off the easter bunny.

Our first snow fall! Thursday on our way out the door to school we were pleasently surprised that it was snowing. Mikayla played in it while the car warmed up then we headed off to school!

Thursday we went to buy our first REAL CHRISTMAS TREE! We supported the local Firemen and enjoyed looking for "the perfect tree!"

This week Mikayla is the "Child of the Week" at school, so she got to bring "Munchkin" home. Before we take him back to school next week, we will write a story about all the adventures Mikayla and Munchkin had together.
