Busy week

This week the flu hit our house. Wednesday Mikayla and I were sick, and hopefully Daddy will keep going so he can get the big buck this weekend. Wednesday was absolutley beautiful here. We actually got to go outside in the morning before the flu symptoms hit. Mikayla sat in the swing for probably and hour, I think she knew it was going to be a long time before the next swing!




Mikayla has been into building towers as she calls them.

Mikayla and Mommy are making muffins and brownies for daddy, uncles, and grandpa to eat while on their hunting trip at Grandma's.





Thursday evening we all went to bed, and I thought I was getting a bit chilly during the night. Nick woke up to go to work, and the house was at 59 degrees! Our furnace quit working overnight again. So we called a local business to have them come and fix it, thank the lord it was a minor problem. So we sat snug in our jammies, trying to stay warm. Mikayla laughed when I put her stocking cap on!
