Saturday I took my annual trip to the Hairshow with Angie. I knew it was going to be a fun trip, since she is prego, and I was hungry for everything but meat and potatoes. (what we have for supper everynight!) Our first stop was the popcorn store in monfort! Sunday was the big day for classes, so that evening we were ready to leave and do some shopping. Lucky for us Kohl's was having a SALE! After 2 1/2 hours in Kohl's, we went and grabbed a pizza and took it back to the hotel. I had a sore throat, and we were both exhausted so we called it a night. We departed early the next morning to return home so Angie could attend her grandmother's funeral services.
I ended up getting a head cold, and lyrengitis, so I was plugged in to the couch until Thursday. The only time you want to talk is when you can't I found! Mikayla kept my spirits up however. While sick one day, I turned around, and there she is standing there with a tank top on her head, bloomers around her ankles, and an old egg beater. It made me laugh so hard, you never know what to expect with her!

This week Mikayla was bound and determined to pet our cat. For two and a half years he has been running from her! Finally he let his guard down and let her have her way!

Mikayla has been busy with art projects this week also.
Mommy bought me new jammies while on her shopping trip!
